At Nothing But Noodles , our menu offers something for every member of the family to enjoy….plus more reasons to return and try our other great quality items. <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />Our founders, Todd Welker and Chad Everts, were multi-unit (25+) franchisees of other national branded food QSR concepts prior to their mutual idea of testing the concept of a Nothing but Noodles restaurant in Albuquerque , New Mexico in April 2002. Experiencing rapid success, they made a business decision to move to a larger metro area to better test the concept amongst stronger restaurant competition. Scottsdale , Arizona became their new headquarter base for their company Noodles Development LP. <br /> <br />As of October 2005, there are 35 restaurants in our Nothing But Noodles system located in 22 states across the US , with an additional 145 under development over the next eight years.
